Processing time can vary by product and order type. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special-request items may require additional preparation time before shipment. Placing an order does not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment.

From time to time, Padilla Innovations LLC may offer free-shipping promotions, including promotional codes such as SHIPPINGONUS while that promotion remains active. Promotions may be changed or discontinued and do not change normal order-processing requirements.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or by a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after the order ships. Tracking activity and delivery scans are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact Padilla Innovations LLC with your order information so we can review the situation and available next steps. If optional package protection was purchased with the order, coverage is subject to the applicable protection terms and claim process.

International Shipping

For international destinations, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing can also affect delivery timing.
